Holy cow! I tried raw ginger root today for the first time. It's hot🥵. I like hot and spicy but I have to figure out how to eat it or what I can mix it with in my food. Any ideas?

You can make a ginger tea or add ginger to a chicken stir fry. Baked honey ginger chicken is good and easy too! Soy ginger salmon is a great option if you’re into fish.

I forgot to add frozen pineapple and ginger smoothie made with cold coconut water! So good!

Mince up the ginger and steep in hot water to make a strong tea. I use the French press to get the max ginger flavor out. Very good hot (optionally add honey and/or lemon juice) but I love to chill it and mix with lemon juice and lemon-lime soda for a delicious cold treat.

You can take the skin off the ginger and mash it with some garlic to make ginger garlic paste mix in while sautéing onions and add tomato and sauté till soft and add curry seasonings and purée to make a curry sauce ❤️
