ElinaGGr's Logboek, 03 aug 23

Second fasting of the week, so no more than 500 cals today. I drank lots of water and had two cups of coffee, so it went smoothly. It helped a lot that I was at work all day, so I'm too tired to eat, I'll go straight to bed!

Eat good breakfast like oats and two fruits. That fills you and gives you energy. If afordable have a protein shake during late afternoon and salad for lunch. 500 cal too low per day. Good luck. Rooting for you. Be healthy
