TZimmerman61's Logboek, 07 aug 23

I hit the gym this morning and did a 15 1/2 hour fast. I have breakfast later and later. The dietitian wants me to push breakfast back to about 10 a.m. That gives me a 16 hour fast from the night before. I'm getting there. Lost 2 lbs. I am really getting resigned to maybe just maintaining my weight until I come off this medicine in 4 years. We will see.
