nameawilson ~ I usually add a protein shake made with protein powder and soy milk; and may have a serving of Greek Yogurt to increase my protein during the day 😃

@sjmmsw…yes you may . 1/2 cup of almond milk. 1 cup of frozen pineapples. 1cup of frozen mangos. Blend those ingredients together until satisfied and and any toppings of your liking . I used blueberries and chia seeds.
