If veggies are a struggle, try having a fruit with each meal.

Thank you 🤍 I do snack on carrots and have a bit of fruit everyday.. usually an orange or a banana. i do have green beans with some of my meals

If you doing this as a ketogenic process, cut all fruit and see the game change. if you don't fast and eat the traditional universal diet of 3 meals and 2 snacks etc, attempt to cut sugar/ carbs to 30net and then test Keto and Glucose. By eating fat the benefit is no hunger , being fat adapted, shredding fat not muscle.supple skin , healthy hair, monitoring with a Keto Mojo of your levels gives you power. Fat in your diet gives you energy and finally the longevity of continuous energy to make this a lifestyle. I make all my food with love and colour and fat and cream and cheese and care. I present myself with one meal a day now ,but man oh man it is so good. I fast, water only, Monday only meal dinner before 6pm to Thursday night same time. This food and sugar addict never thought it possible.
