Restrained myself from planting sweet William seeds
Heading into a scorcher of a week
removed the rocks from my garden of weeds
where is the energy that I seek?

oh, wait I busted my butt exercising
and enjoyed it to boot!
So, hitherto and henceforth, no whining
My own horn: toot! TooT!

Sailing into week two of consistency
A complicated program? Yes.
But really, the results will come
If I continue to enjoy the process!
