It is 3 days before we head to the airport for our wedding, I am finally under 10 st. Going to try to push for a few more pound before we leave. It hasn’t been easy, I am calorie counting, intermittent fasting and ketoing, I did go to bed hungry last night. I am also drinking less alcohol. Which is good! All things considered I am happier with these new habits.
