I started a 1/2 marathon training this week. For me, who 6 months ago was convinced that running wasnt for me, it's a huge step. I dont care how much of that distance I will actually run, even if I walk all the way I will be proud of myself. The event is goign to be in January, so I have plenty of time to get in the best running shape possible. Most training programs I found require 10 weeks. I have 19, so, hopefully, I will be prepared.
