First meal of the day after my 5km walk in the morning (11:00). I’m trying to work on my portions 🙈😩. I feel so light and motivated to keep moving and reaching my weekly exercise goals. #Roadto75kg I haven’t weighed in though. I’m anxious to buy a scale

scale keeps track of everything. like you gain 500g but you loose300g fat and gain200g protein and so on. if you keep tabs on calories you are well on your way.

I don't have a scale either, I am only going by centimeters. I think if I get a scale I'll just obsess lol
