Today went completely off the rails. We just got back from house sitting, so there was no food in the kitchen, so I just didn't eat until after five. I couldn't decide if it was better to grab something terrible for me while I was out or wait and screw with my metabolism. I still don't know if that was the right choice or not. I did well at the grocery store, though. Lots of things to eat tomorrow.
I did not actually eat a piece of chocolate cake. It was orange cake, and it came from a local bakery where I couldn't get nutrition information, so I just put in chocolate cake. Today was an important anniversary for me, one when I always do something special, so my boyfriend and I had cake and mimosas. I have no regrets.
Tomorrow, though, less sugar! Also, more calories, preferably in the form of protein.
UPDATE: Made some chicken breasts with havarti for dinner. Insisted that my boyfriend eat one, since he's had nothing but sugar for two days. Felt better about my intake today.
