Gosh I'm hungry today. Have fasting bloodwork at 10:30 so have to tough it out. Have no idea how anybody does IF. Since starting the discipline of eating at regular intervals, my body now craves it. Missing my morning proffee at the moment.

Time to grab another bottle of water.

I'm in the same boat on the blood draw this morning, but fortunately I only have to go until 8:30. The first time I tried IF, I think I lasted a week skipping breakfast until I realized I'm someone who really, really functions better with a solid breakfast. Tried fasting again and lasted 3 hours 🤣 IF is a tool a lot of people find helpful, but it's not a necessity of any sort 😉

Hi Writingwyo. Oddly prior to starting this journey of eating in a disciplined manner I was IF'ing unintentionally. No breakfast, or lunch and dinner around 8-9 PM. Huge dinner and a million non value added snacks from 9-midnight helped get me to my high weight. I was hangry all the time when not eating. Now with 4 meals/snack per day, I'm much more even tempered and don't consume indiscretely in those evening hours. Even water. I was hit and miss in past, but now that I'm disciplined about fluids, I seem to want them more as well. Strange changes but good sustainable ones.
