It's would seem eating 3 meals a day is helping! Typical day, 2 x eggs for breakfast ( soft boil with a knjob of butter and cheese on top or scrambled with butter, cream cheese, sliced black olives butter and chives...Yummy)
Snack on almonds, maybe an Atkins chocolate decadence bar or 2 oops ( not great buy think I'm premenstrual!), dinner is cheese, salami salad or tuna or cucumber cream cheese and ham sandwich,( cucumber replacing the bread). Tea is crackslaw or creamy curry and for pudding a big fat slice of homemade cheesecake with cream or chocolate ganache! Then snack in the evening of almonds, maybe more cheesecake or cheese

hi sal254cs. There is a lot of cheese in your day. I think you had it in nearly every meal. Don't forget with hard cheese there is also a high salt content. So like everything else cheese should be in moderation. Almonds whilst good for you also contain a lot of fat so again they should be used in moderation, Try snacking in between your meals with vegetable sticks that way you body is getting something to eat every few hours and it remembers that it doesn't have to wait long before it is fed again so therefore doesn't require to store food as reserve energy (commonly known as starvation mode) The egg is a good choice as it a very balanced nutritional option.
