Yeah, sure you can...regular or sweet potato's...fried or baked...they are lots better mostly because there are no preservatives in them. Personally I buy the snack bags and eat them about once every other month so making them isn't something I do very often. Now if we are talking sushi that is another matter! Congrats on your new healthy skill though! :D
