16-20 hrs depending on my mood. No fasting on weekends so I don’t go nuts hehe.

I can definitely see a difference. I only fast 11-12 hours, then I need to eat.

The key is to listening to your body and choose the fasting time that you feel comfortable with and be consistent :)

Oh my god good for you !!!!! Fasting is definitely a game changer !! It really helps you appreciate food and eat when you really are ACTUALLY hungry and not eating out of boredom or comfort ... great curves girl!
