I had my first long run this Sunday. It was great!!! I didnt feel any discomfort during the run but I feel some pain in my knee now. I put an ice pack over my knee twice a day, and I bought a knee strap today. I am going to try it tomorrow. Hopefully, with all the preparation I will be able to continue my training. I did 20 min Cross trainer tonight and upperbody + abs workout. I want to have sexy arms while running my first race LOL
