This working 2 jobs thing right now has totally messed with my schedule, and therefore with my eating habits. I'm finding it even more necessary than ever to a) plan my meals several days in advance and b) make sure I eat my veggies!!! I've been reading through my food diary for the past month or so, and there's very little veggies in there. This is especially important for me to change, because I've been substituting a lot of frozen meals simply because I'm not home for dinner nearly as often and fresh food goes rotten. What I should really do is get back in the habit of making large quantities of food and freezing them into individual portions. It would save me a fair deal of money, too.
