I seem to have overcome the doledrums somewhat but even though my weight stayed the same today & I was ever so good yesterday ~ I think I'm not getting enough water in ~ funny how you go through stages where you're simply not thirsty & to drink is a chore ~ I don't drink coffee or tea either these days so I can't even use that as a bit of a substitute ~ but I'll soldier on and try and get those fluids in ~ it would be just plain tragic if I pull myself up short on what was a great run just because I'm not thirsty 😜 Had a really good 2hour workout in the Olympic pool today ~ it's heated to 30o and out in the sunshine ~ glorious ~ that's what I needed to chase the blues away. ☀️🏊💫
