Yesterday was my first day at 3300 calories, and then I blew it. Hit 3380. This isn't going to be easy. I still can't believe 3000 was maintenance.

It could be. Weight has been sitting still. I'm actually struggling to find them. Ooop. Here comes my bulletproof coffee.
