OK so I signed up for a couch to 5K program AND a Big Loser program. I participated in a work "big loser" several years back and did really well. The fact that I had to pay and there was a cash reward was very motivating!! I got second, but that's because they didn't do percentage they went off of weight alone (kinda unfair).
I was a runner a decade ago! Ha an entire DECADE!! I am looking forward to getting back into running. The Big Loser deal I am doing will even post people's progress online for all to see!!
I start on Monday!!
