Well hello all just want to say sorry if I have not answered any of your journal entries. I just got back from NYC where I spent 5 days visiting my son for his 22nd birthday. I am happy to say after all the food I had in NYC I only gained 1 pound
I think it was because of all the walking I did. Hope all your hard work is paying off, keep at it and it will pay off. All the Best Sam
