Feeling a little nervous this morning. I'm have been a so called hardgainer, body type Ectomorph. However I have gotten to the point where I am able to add weight at will but I don't look the way I want to. I look soft, rather than that "whoa that guy works out look i want", so I have altered my diet by lowering my caloric intake by 200 calories from 3200 to 3000 and I am also lowering my carbs although im not sure by how much?!, and keeping my fat intake under 70 grams a day. Im thinking macros 50% protein 30%carbs 20%fat
