I ate a load of crap today and it felt so good. 😄😃 I did a lot of walking today with ankle weights, which isn't logged and I did my two workouts as it's a double Friday workout today. Tomorrow is rest day and I got two birthday parties for my little one. No cake for me. Luckily I'm not a cake-y sort of person. I think I will bring fruit salad to the parties so that can be my treat.

well done, keep up the hard work and soon it will (I know this sounds daft) become enjoyable and if you don't do it you will feel guily. I bet while you are doing it, its horrible but as soon as you have finished and you have that sense of achievement you feel really good. Nice way to spend a rest day. good idea with the fruit salad and who nows you might get a bit of jelly but lay if the ice cream ha ha
