Chaera's Logboek, 26 sep 15

Done with my eliptical exercise. I am used to doing just 30mins. But I step up to 40 mins today. No excuses on weekends.

High protein, low carb diet.
I ear more on breakfast.

I wanted exercise to be a part of my daily routine. :) Tired but it does feel great!

It's a great habit to have! I envy you, my thighs burn in just a few minutes on our elliptical.

I feel you. It is hard and tiring, but I challenge my self to push it and not to give up. I do my workout in front of a mirror so I can see my self. As soon as I see my face sweating. I know I have rewarded my self. :)

I love the elliptical - what may help you is to try interval work - go average pace for 5 minutes, then speed up for 3-5 minutes, and go all out as fast as possible for one minute - then slow all the way down to catch your breath..keep doing the pattern over and over. You will probably end up doing more than you think. Good Luck!

I did the weight loss training program on my elliptical. It was only 30 minutes and kicked my ass. It makes the resistance go up and down and pushes you harder than you would probably yourself.
