Spent all day at the computer doing things that have to be done. yuck. But it is all done and now I am going to reward my self with a little while of reading while hubby sits next to me and watches football. I actually was able to eat a few more calories today. still working on twecking the diet. I need more veggies..

Low carbs, no particular diet. Just trying to watch my carbs and it works out that I haven't gone over the calories that FatSecret set up for my profile. I have been satisfied and not hungry yet, I guess because of the protein amounts and the fact I don't limit myself to too small amount of carbs. I am trying to stay at 50 or under.
