goooooooooooooood mornin everyone...wakin up to 65 this mornin an gettin ready to do a workout...leg is almost healed...doctor cut off the antibotics yesterday and changed the salve that im to use on it...he was surprised it looked so good...have another appointment in 2 weeks an he said by then it should be completely healed..i just got done eating breakfast an gettin ready to do a morning workout of some kind not sure if it will be a short morning walk to get bck in the swing of things or just a bike ride to no where..but actually feel like doing something..then headed to brians to do split wood..3 more loads an he will have his done..then we talked yesterday about doing extra for other people thats been askin him about wood...im really feelin great again...an im ready to get bck into an exercise routine once again...hope that feelin lasts..lol...feels so good to have that exciting feeling back again...well need to get up..an stay in the moment..lol...have a great day everyone..
