So I gained some Weekend weight back, fairly standard weight flux though.
I celebrated my bday today by bringing some doughnuts into the office. I ate them because they are local favorites, Orams. these are huge and awesome. I know its not good for a diet but its my bday and I'm gona celebrate. its rare that I eat doughnuts and I have passed on ones over the last couple months so I don't feel guilty.
