Well I think my diet is starting to show that its sustainable. I'm not feeling hungry all day since I eat every couple hours and eat lots of fiber. Maybe its time to include more activity. I use to do P90x and P90X3 but I think I'm going to just walk/jog around the town first to try and see what that will do.
