Travelling 24 hours Dubai to Victoria BC , Absolutely NO idea how many calories I ate. Fabulous airline, Emirates Airline, three great meals, wine etc. and watched 4 movies. Have NOT slept for the 24 hours. How does that affect weight gain/loss? We are about to find out. Tomorrow…. New day… new year…. New on-track plan. That sounds fun, eh?! See you all tomorrow!
