Well my annual physical went pretty well. My doctor says my blood work was great, and he's really pleased with my weight loss -- although sadly because my appointment was at 5:30pm and they weighed me fully dressed, I couldn't really show off the full extent of my loss. Weighed in at 185 -- but that was still a 30-pound loss since I last saw him a year ago. Yes, my bad cholesterol is a little high, and my good cholesterol is a little low -- but my triglycerides are perfect, and so is my A1c and fasting blood sugar, and thyroid, so I'm pleased too. He did take a urine specimen, which I'm hoping was ok, as I'm having some old-lady-like-going- to-the-bathroom-too-much problems, so we have to look into that. Keeping my fingers crossed.
