I have tried a variety as I am like you craving chocolate. a few that worked, based on my mindset on the day, are: grapes alone, grapes in Greek yoghurt, carrots, recently tried and loved it Brooklea yoghurt from Aldi either peach passion fruit or cherry flavour. Good luck

I take cadburys chocolate powder (not any hot chocolate powders, just proper pure cacao powder) and mix it with pure Stevia. Tastes amazing! and kicks the sweet chocolate cravings.

and Stevia comes with zero calories. pure Coco powder is good for you and even contains protein. Power and mood booster :)

I like the Fibre One bars (84-88 cals each) or the chocolate or caramel protein puddings are pretty nice.

Thank you for all the suggestions!
If only nuts, fruit or frozen peas would be enough to curb my cravings, hah. I’m looking for something that’s still technically unhealthy, but *less* unhealthy/ lower sugar

hi pinkatt , you can reach for alternatives that seem sweet , the bad news is you are you still craving sweet . for a while it will help out but ultimately learning to eat less and less sweet food /treats and cutting it back in small increments will allow you to cut it to your level of desire . years ago I used to take 5 sugars in a milky coffee after months I was drinking black coffee no sugar , no I never consider sugar in my coffee the thought of it seems uninviting.if you really can't go without there are lots of high protein chocolate mousse / desserts in stores .All the best

try dark chocolate. it hits the spot for me.. but better off not having sweet things as it will make you crave more.. try adding more good fats to your diet

Brilliant advice thank you all! I do need to be stricter with myself and work towards eventually cutting out sugary treats altogether. For now, I’ll try high protein chocolate mousse
