Hi Javaid, I looked at what you are eating and think bread and sugar is the worst thing. Also, its easy to eat too many nuts. I do that too, nuts add the carbs AND calories up fast.

It takes some time to break a habit. Take small steps and change a few things at a time. I think lettuce is good for a bun. You can use zero calorie sweetener like Stevia. That alone can take 200-400 calories out of your diet. The problem with carbs and sugars is that they cause your blood sugar to spike and that causes your brain to signal your hunger pangs and your cravings are harder to control.

This took me a while you. You might have to just cut it out cold turkey and let your body adjust. Soon you will realize you dont crave bread as much as you used to. Sure I have a burger on a bun once in a while but I cut out bread from my diet like 96%

My experience has been to cut carbs/sugar cold turkey. I kept them under 25 net carbs a day. I know this is low but for me it worked wonders. All cravings went away. Ate approx 70% fat 25% protein 5% carbs. I just have found the more carbs I eat, the more I want....
