Starting again. Knee injury first of September held me back. How to balance low carb with a cholesterol problem is difficult. In order for me to lose weight I need to go high protein.

Plant based protein helps. Nuts, seeds, legumes, navy beans and lentils, and the like. Itās quite a change from the red meat diet that most of us grew up with and still love, but cholesterol and animal protein do seem to go hand in hand.
