I've been sick since Sunday, I struggle with a sinus/eustachian tube infection that throws my balance totally off and as a result I am not able to exercise or do anything for that matter or keep any food down. This is something I struggle with a lot and still cannot put my finger on what might be causing or triggering it. It's really demotivating but we'll pick-up where we left off once I'm better.
