JoelPH's Logboek, 23 okt 15

After a few stressful weeks - I am determined to lose 26 lbs by Christmas. 9 weeks should be plenty time, an average of 3 lbs per week will make it easier. I'm going to weigh in every Wednesday morning - starting this coming Wednesday. I wonder how much I can lose in the next 5 days! Hope you are all doing well.
