and just what the heck is an oopsie roll? 

A 0 carb, close enough, easy to make bread substitute. 3 eggs 1/2 cup cream cheese 1 tsp baking powder a dash of salt *separate eggs *beat egg whites with a dash of salt until so thick it doesn't move *in separate bowl beat yokes and cream cheese until smooth with baking powder *fold together gently *spoon out 6-8 servings on greased pan *place in oven that has been preheated at 300F for approx. 25 minutes. Tastes a lot better than it sounds, ESP when you haven't had bread in a while...lol. 

I need to try an oopsie roll ,, Have you tried the LCHF Pancakes,, they are amazing 2oz full fat cr Chez softened , 1 egg , a little stevia/swerve .. mix together and cook like a pancake,, I top with butter and Sugar fee maple,, so yummy,, with Bacon as well. My weekend indulgence . 

wow... I happened to stumble across this journal entry and so glad I did!! both of these recipes sound amazing and I will be trying both this weekend! I am also on a LCHF diet and am always looking for new things to try. Thanks Jenny and Tamarah!!

@Tamarah Jo... I honestly was thinking about that a couple of hours ago as a strolled past pancake mix. I've tried a couple of different LC pancakes, and would rather do without...lol. The oopsie roll has the perfect texture for pancakes. I will definitely give it a try. Thanks! You're welcome, shindokwan!

@rhontique... make them. I think that's why I put off trying them for so long...lol. They look hard to make just looking at a pic of them. I was surprised how easy they were, The recipe is in the comments. 

Thanks, Rckc. I've for quite a few there that I like. I just try to keep things simple most of the time tho. Never knew these were so simple!
