oh dear, it's a huge pity. you have gained so much. try this. Only eat 3 meals a day. ( count the calories). Never shop on an empty stomach. If you want a treat, count it into your daily allowance. Never eat late. and try and eat a grapefruit after every meal. The acid from the grapefruit burns up the fat. Drink lots of water. Exercise as much as you can. if other members, if the family leaves food, please don't be tempted to eat it. Also left overs either put into the fridge for the next day or freeze. Hope that helps.
