last week was really odd. I seemed to have gained 2kg in between. I'm sure that is only because the week before I was sick, and hence I was dehydrated and my stomach was empty. so that number might have been too good then.
I'm glad it came down again. trust the system. I stayed within my calorie deficit that I'm working with anyway.
it can be highly frustrating to not see the weight drop. it's tough. but I'll do it!
