Pterath's Logboek, 08 nov 15

I need to get back to losing weight i have teeter tottered at the same 3 lbs for the past 4 weeks and it is frustrating. though today was measurement day and those numbers were far more satisfying.



Tomorrow the gym will be a welcome sight after 2 days away and I only did cardio and stretching on Friday and thus far for the weekend I have just taken care of business/party/family/self. Today is an almost do nothing day. No errands. no demands unless there are customers and that is better than fighting kids or angry husbands because kids are being do nothings. LOL I solved part of that by allowing DD to go to the BF's house for the afternoon. DH is not as pleased with it but better than a grumpy DD and thus fighting with DS because of her inability to go and I did not want another day where I felt on high alert like yesterday during my FIL 80th party. It went well but that does not mean there is not a level of stress. We all needed the calm today. So I am working on some sit down things for the business and reading FB, chatting with friends and probably will call my mother a little bit later.
