It's okay to feel that Vnilla, I'm sure everyone who's going through this battle feels that way every now and then but the trick is to get up, dust yourself and keep trying. ;) 

Think of it like this, if you are not trying then you are going to be gaining at a much faster rate than trying and still gaining. You are still winning as long as you try and eventually you will get to your goal.
