Yesterday was an okay day. We hosted a barbecue for our Sunday School class at our house and the menu consisted of pulled pork and turkey, baked beans, coleslaw, chips, and sweet tea. Not the healthiest of choices by far. But I feel okay about it because it was a mid-day meal and that was all I ate the entire day and I don't feel like I went over the top. I didn't count points but mentally I think it was alright. If I did go over my points it wasn't by much.
I'm proud though because this morning I tossed ALL of the leftovers in the trash. I just didn't want the temptation lurking in my refrigerator today. Yay me!!
