I have fallen off with my dieting and am trying to get back on track. I don't ever see/feel great benefits with exercising in the gym, but do a lot of outdoor activities at home. I am going to focus on changing my diet now. I will have a small portion, high in protein, and only one medium-sized portion of raw fruits/veggies while at work. I will continue to cook low-fat, low-calories, and high-protein meals for dinner.
