Yeah.....it has stopped!!!! After 'only' 21 days :)

Will carry on with the iron tablets for a while just to make sure .

Had a good day out in Linkenholt yesterday but boy was it wet. It rained and rained and then it rained some more. But if you wear the right gear....it doesn't really matter.
We only stayed for 3 drives, til lunch time as I had an appointment to have a small mark removed on my thigh. The doc isn't sure what it is but as I had it for years and it does bleed occasional, he wanted it gone. The local anathetic hurt like hell, but once it kicked in, I couldn't feel a thing. But I could feel the cutting motion and that really made me cringe. Apparently he used a new special technique that makes the stitches stronger and leaves less scaring nut the nurses don't like to take them out. So now I have about 6 stitches on my right thigh. Surprised it doesn't hurt at all. I had a quick peak under the dressing and the wound has hardly bled.

I will take it easy today, as we are out again tomorrow and I know that will involve a LOT of walking. Temperatures are supposed to drop, but then it will be dry :)

I did buy some x-mas silicon baking moulds, the Bahumbug in me does wonder why! And I am not sure what to do with them.

Glad to hear IT has stopped! Had similar "problem" last year and definitely NOT fun, but no more since then. Do take it easy, you don't want to irritate the stitches. I already know what I am eating Thanksgiving and have gone straight to thinking about what I am going to make at Christmas time. I don't know why since I don't eat (shouldn't eat) the "treats". Last year I made different cookie cups and then filled them with a variety of pie fillings/pudding/cheesecake. They were a big hit and have been weighing on my mind......... I've not used the silicone cups but have heard they are awesome and easy to work with! One more thing (I know I am rambling), I really loved your statement about the rain, "If you wear the right gear...it doesn't really matter". What an awesome positive thing to say. We had rain/cold here all week and I whined and complained and boo hooed to all that would listen! Now here comes the snow today, 5-7 inches, and I WILL adopt your positive attitude! I am lucky enough to have all the "gear" needed and WILL look at the positive!!!
