Keeping to the eating plan, but I've been unable to do much exercise since Thursday. Horrible case of bronchitis hit me Friday and to help matters I got Strep Throat on Saturday. So, I'm on Cipro, Albuterol and Vicodin. Can't breath, can't swallow, and the Vicodin keeps me dizzy. Yep, I'm ready for the holidays...LOL. Starting to feel a touch better today. Hopefully, I'll be back to normal before Thanksgiving.
