TXSnowman's Logboek, 24 nov 15

Nice weight drop this week. Starting to get over the bronchitis and strep. I was able to take a 4 1/2 mile walk with the dog this morning. I'm paying for it with some heavy coughing, but at least its a productive cough. I'm on track to meet my mini-goal of dropping below 200 by the 15th of January. I'm not in a particular hurry. Nice steady loss of weight and inches is all I need to keep me motivated. I'm apparently learning patience as I age...LOL.

I hope all of my FS Buddies have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I also hope that you survive Black Friday (or Boxing Day for my Canadian friends). Happy Holidays to all.

Slow and steady is IMO the best way to go and it helps to see the journey as a continuing one rather than stopping once we reach XXX pounds or size. You also have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
