Hope everyone had a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Eating carbs was inevitable yesterday but I think I made the best of it. Filled up on the turkey (which was delicious) and the baked fennel (my mother-in-law has a killer recipe with grated parmesan on top). Didn't eat anything all day before dinner and that was a good choice. Got home late last night and had another bite of turkey and binged a little on a piece of bread but still managed to show ketones last night and this morning! I guess my little foray didn't throw me out of ketosis. Let's see what the scale shows tomorrow. Have a good weekend everyone. Take appropriate snacks out with you if you will be shopping today to resist the temptation to eat crap while out. We can do this!
