Had a decent Tuesday. The weather here is starting to feel like fall with cooler nights and breezy days of low humidity. Yes, fall is in the air as they say around here. Little earthquake today, not much felt around here but I imagine they will be talking about it on the news for the next 2 weeks! Did up some BBQ chicken on the Weber tonight while hubby finished mowing the lawn. Paired with some grilled zucchini, fresh corn, a spoon full of mashed potato and a slice of grilled olive bread. YUMMO!! I like this WOE by "sight", no calorie counting, no weighing and measuring. I just make sure about 1/4 of my meal is protein and I get some complex carb at each meal. Funny, when I plug in my food after I eat and check out my %'s they are pretty much spot on. Guess I have gotten fairly good at this after all.
