gooood mornin...havent been walking in 2 days...woke up dizzy this morning...yesterday was just to busy to go...eating is suffering as well...just to much going on this week to stick with a program....i start out with the best intentions...and then as the day goes along i get tired an make poor choices...i know better an yet...i keep doing it...
