I'm starting to feel better. But I still binged again last night. We are going camping this weekend, from Friday to Sunday. I don't know what to do. Should I just take a break until Monday, or should I watch everysingle thing that goes in my mouth and write it down cause there is no cell service where we are going? Not sure. Any ideas are welcome because I have to pack up food and clothes and such tonight since we leave early tomorrow morning. Obviously I will be MIA until Monday. We are coming home late Sunday...but I doubt I'll wanna do anything, even logging online for a couple of minutes.

My back is hurting alot more here lately. I'm thinking that I'm just going through a "flare up", which my doctor told me to expect. He said that arthritis can be dormant for years and then BAM instant pain. It's true, I've discovered. I've only had one really bad flare up (which caused me to be diagnosed) and then daily pain with it getting bad every now and then. The heating pad has been my friend lately.

I wouldn't go all crazy about watching what I was putting in my mouth but I would be mindful of portion sizes and what you are eating. Don't go all willy nilly on the food but enjoy yourself at the same time. Maybe try to find lower calorie snacks that are compairable to what you would normally eat. Relax and have fun girl.. I think you need it.

I am like the master chef of campfire cooking. Make sure you pack alunimum foil!!! There is so much healthy, low cal foods you can cook over the fire. You can even mix up a baggie of spices to take with you. Soak corn on the cob in water during the day and cook it in its own husk over the fire. Make foil packets filled with carrots, zucchini, sweet potato, green beans and anything else you like and cook it over the fire. You can even slice up some chicken breast and added it to the veggie packets. Add whatever spices you prefer and you can even put it all in a tortilla shell if you want to have it as a sandwich. Bottom line is it tastes great and your calories are minimal. I love camping and go everyweekend. Hope you enjoy your trip!

I would do your best to bring healthy foods, and if you end up eating some bad stuff, it's not that big of a deal, because you have healthy stuff in between. Bottom line - how upset would you be if you came home and were up 3 pounds when you weighed in Monday morning? If it would really upset you, you have to keep watching. If you're comfortable with it and know you will just lose it and keep on your journey, you can have a bit more liberty with your food. It's all up to you!
