Question/advice needed ⚠️
has anyone experienced losing all the weight they set as a goal and then wanted to keep going? How did you feel once you got there and how did you feel when you wanted to keep going?

Yes, once I got down to 100 lbs, because my brain got stuck on losing weight. It was not healthy. I wouldn’t do it again. Maybe a good approach when you reach your goal weight is to think about a new goal, like increasing your strength or your stamina. Something related to your health and fitness but not dependent on the scale.

Yes I’m definitely working on strength training and stamina but I also feel like maybe I should try to lose another 10 as a new goal, see how I feel and look , then from there slowly add in more calories paired with strength training What do you think ? I definitely wouldn’t want to be anything lower than 120, I’ve been there before and it was just not for me. I just want to make sure I do this in a healthy way as I have struggled with E. d. Before but now I’m grown and it feels more like self care instead of destruction ..but still need an outside perspective
