1. Wake 5am.
2. Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Tumeric, omega Fish Oil, Ibuprofen, 50 mg Vitamin D.
3. Breakfast- Two eggs over easy, 1 wheat toast with butter, I pork sausage.
4. Cardio Kickboxing 6am-7am.
5. 2 Bottles of water, apple.
6. Lunch- Beef stew, 1 french roll with butter, 50 mg Vitamin D
8. Dinner- Vegetarian dinner, 50 mg Vitamin C
9, Snack-- apple and an orange
10. 2 bottles of 500 ml water.
11. Melatonin 50 mg.

I've been trying to incorporate more turmeric in my diet. It is supposed to really help. Also started taking a magnesium tablet every night. I need all the help I can get. You are doing so good!!

Depending on your portion sizes, it looks like you should drop weight like a stone!

50 mg of melatonin? HOLY COW I take 3-6 mg! 10 mg knocks me out through to the next day as well

You can increase the bio-availability of the Turmeric by adding a bit of Black Pepper when taking it...I try (when i remember) to down a couple of whole peppercorns at the same time.

Hmmmm, makes me think I should just add a couple of whole peppercorns in with my morning pills. How would that be Mahjohn?

That's exactly what I do...I just pop a couple with the pills...no burning, etc.. as some people think. I typically can only manage black pepper....hot stuff is not my thing. There are no real set amounts of how much black pepper to use other than a "pinch". There are a lot of articles referencing Turmeric + Black Pepper combinations, and you can also buy them together in a single pill.
